Go to the Ramadan campaign page. If you are unsure how to get there, click HERE to be automatically taken to the campaign page. Click on the sixth gondola.
Select the 2nd answer, "Fasting is abstaining from all food or drink for a period of time."
A message should come up saying you've won 10 free starcoins.
Now for the dress:
Go to the Ramadan campaign page or go there automatically by clicking HERE and than click the 7th gondola. It will give you the task of finding the second piece of the dress. It is located to the right of the Starplaza. Go there by clicking HERE
If your screen is to small, click Ctrl and - (CTRL-) and when you are finished, click CTRL and + (CTRL+) To restore it to full size.

Do you know where the third piece is?
